Q: What happens if some of your Save on brands products arrives damaged?

 

A: Great care is taken in packing your order, however if you have any breakages in transit then email us and we’ll be happy to credit your account for use on your next order. If you do not intend placing more orders, or if you simply prefer, we will issue a refund for the damaged items.

 

When emailing us please advise where we can collect the damaged goods from. Please include your name and original order details. Please note that we are unable to re-ship damaged products. We can only credit or refund.

Q: What happens if some products are missing from my order?

 

A: Our warehouse takes great care in packing your order for you, but sometimes a product may be missing from your order.

Please email us with your order number and item missing, and once we have checked with our warehouse, we will refund you the value of the missing item. 
Unfortunately we cannot re send you the product. 


Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product ordered or have changed my mind?

A: No, once ordered you cannot get a refund so please choose carefully.







Q: Can I send items to a different address from my billing address?

A: Yes you are able to send an item to an address other than your billing address. 

To do this, simply enter the address you wish to have the item delivered to, into the “Shipping Address” field.
 

PLEASE NOTE:- We do not deliver to PO Boxes and we do require a street address for all deliveries.


Q: Do you ship orders outside of Australia?

A: No, we only ship to addresses within Australia


Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: No, we’re unable to allow pickups from our warehouse unfortunately.

Our warehouse operates with a highly automated dispatch system which allows us to send out orders quickly and efficiently. Allowing pickups would disrupt this process.

 

In most cases we are able to dispatch items within 48 hours of your payment being received. Regular postage times will then apply.


Q: How are orders sent and what happens if I’m not home for delivery?

A: Your order will be sent via national freight companies depending on which state you are in. With this service, a contractor will deliver your item to the address provided. If however there is no one at home your parcel will be left in a secure location. If the driver feels the location is not secure they will leave a note so you can collect the parcel. We do not have the ability to deliver to Post office boxes.

Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions

 

Save on Brands offers customers the choice of requiring a signature for delivery, or authorising our couriers to leave your order at your chosen destination.

By selecting 'Yes' at the ‘Authority to Leave Check-box’ on the checkout page,  Save on Brands will instruct our couriers to leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

Save on Brands and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Save on Brands from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

If you do not give Save on Brands Authority to Leave, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.








Q: My order has not arrived. What can I do?

A: Email us at  help@saveonbrands.com.au  and advise your name, address and date the order was placed. We will chase it up for you and advise accordingly.


Q: How long does dispatch and delivery take?

A: Please allow 10 - 14 Business/ Working days for your parcel to arrive. WA Postcodes will take 7-10 working days longer.  If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us immediately at

Deliveries and Freight Charges

 

Save on Brands reserves the right to use multiple freight carriers to send out orders. Save on Brands will choose with absolute discretion which freight courier to employ for orders. 

 

Save on Brands provides a flat rate shipping cost to specified areas. Areas that fall into specified zones will incur a specified cost. This will vary between metro and rural areas, and from state to state. 

Metro Rates Sydney Melbourne Brisbane

 

We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING  to these major metro areas for a huge carton of up to 70 normal sized items.

 

Other regions

 

For areas outside of those listed above, cost is dependent on your location. Please note our site has a shipping calculator to assist you. Your final shipping cost will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment.

 

Delivery times

 

Once orders have been dispatched, we estimate delivery times of:

  • Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 7 -10 business days.
  • Adelaide: 10 - 14 business days.
  • Perth: This will be offered on a once a month basis for ordering. Delivery can take up to 14 or more business days .
  • Regional hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 7- 14 business days.
  • Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery: Please allow up to 2 weeks.

 

 

Public holidays

We deliver every day the courier service is operating. As couriers do not work on public holidays, please be prepared for delays, particularly around Christmas, New Year and Easter.

 

PO Boxes

All our goods are shipped via our trusted courier partners, so unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A street address or work address must be provided.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

 

We require a signature for all orders delivered.

 

However, We recognise that it is not always possible for you to be home to accept a delivery, which is why our drivers will deliver your package without requiring a signature if you advise us of this in the notes of your order. This will require you to take responsibility for advising of a safe location for delivery. Sometimes it is easy to deliver to a work address or a friend or neighbour.
